Milan, Italy
Inter's Right-Wing aligned groups (such as The Boys, and The Vikings) are known for their politically based rivalry with several clubs whose supporters are Left-Wing aligned. Inter's Champions League quarter-final against their city rivals Milan was abandoned in 2005 amid violent scenes after Milan's goalkeeper was struck by a flare thrown from the stands.
In 2006, Inter were forced to play their final home game of the season behind closed doors. The ban was imposed after fans hurled a motor scooter from the second tier of a stand during Inter's game against Atalanta.
