Lazio have been repeatedly criticised over the years for failing to deal with their thugs' racist chanting and the displaying of Far Right banners.

In a match against their arch rivals AS Roma in 1998, Lazio fans put up disgusting banners attacking Jews, saying "Auschwitz is your country, the gas chambers are your home."
