Jade Goody was reduced to tears in a TV interview with Dermot O'Leary when she confessed to being "stupid" and a "bully".

She admitted Shilpa Shetty had been the victim of racism and bullying in the house, but denied that she had been racist towards the Indian star.

She also laid into her pals from the show, having watched clips of it since her eviction.

Goody slated Danielle Lloyd as "two-faced" and said that Jo O'Meara had also "made big mistakes."

Big Brother's biggest ever earner conceded that her second stint on the show has probably destroyed her career. Jade said: "She (Shilpa) was a victim of racism and bullying, yes. Maybe I'm just really stupid and nasty at heart.

"I understand why people won't like me anymore. If this is my punishment, then it's my fault for the way I am. I'm so upset with myself. If that's the end of my career then I only have myself to blame."

She also admitted that appearing on Celebrity Big Brother was the biggest mistake of her life, adding: "I've always said that I don't have any regrets, but I do now."

The Sun newspaper reports that she is so distraught by the fall out from the show that she is suicidal. After over 80% of voters called for her eviction, she is said to be "inconsolable" after seeing the reaction around the world to her treatment of Shilpa Shetty.
