Shilpa's furious bust-up with Danielle has sparked growing fears housemates are bullying the Bollywood star.

The actress was branded a "dog" by ex-Miss Great Britain, Danielle Lloyd (pictured), when she tried to comfort her following Carole Malone's eviction.

Danielle, who had been drinking, stormed: "I'm not going to be somebody's best friend if I'm not. She shouldn't have pulled me in to the toilet. Part of me did blame Shilpa for Carole going."

Danielle later vowed not to drink again but Jade told her she should not have any regrets about the slanging match.

Both Danielle and Jo O'Meara have poked fun at Shilpa's accent, while evicted Jackiey Budden dubbed her "The Indian" and failed to learn how to pronounce her name.

Housemate Jermaine Jackson seemed to agree Shilpa was being bullied. He said: "She's the only woman of colour in the house and I'm the only man of colour." He claimed the girls were "jealous" of the star.

A Big Brother insider told the Daily Star: "It's the spiteful girlie gang mentality. They're egging each other on. Shilpa is a graceful, eloquent, intelligent woman who can hold her own and they can't handle that. If producers thought there was abuse, bullying or racism going on, they would take a very serious view on this."
