There have been numerous sightings of supposed 'big cats' wandering the British countryside, including Bodmin moor's 60 sightings reported since 1983. New 'evidence' of a big cat comes from Buckinghamshire when electrician Paul Keehn snapped this apparent panther.

Danny Bamping, of the British Big Cats Society, said: "It doesn't look life-like at all and the posture of the animal is far too much like the poses cuddly toys come in."
