Swiss cheese
All food that contains high levels of histamines such as Swiss cheese (and some fishes) stand a chance of poisoning you. This amine is released by our immune system when you have an allergic reaction. Histamine can be added in the production of Swiss cheese.
Symptoms include a burning feeling in the mouth, drop in blood pressure, rashes on the upper body, itching, headache, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea.
