Status: Wanted

A Congolese warlord and leader of the Patriotic Forces for the Liberation of the Congo, Ntaganda is believed to have engineered and taken part in attacks which have resulted in over 50,000 deaths.

Known as 'The Terminator', he is wanted by international bodies for enlisting children under the age of 15 into military service and using them to participate in hostilities.
