A trailer was shown for the BBC documentary in which the Queen appeared to have an argument with US photographer Annie Leibovitz. Her Majesty was shown apparently storming out of the shoot after Leibovitz told her to ditch her crown to look "less dressy".

The BBC had to apologise after it was revealed the footage was actually of the Queen walking into the shoot. Her Majesty is now demanding the documentary be scrapped.
