An 8ft long scorpion, much taller than the average man, weighing 400lb which hunted in the seas over 400 million years ago has been discovered by scientists.

The beast which scoured the ocean floor and was adaptable to land would've looked like the creepy-crawly from the film 'Clash of the Titans' had eight legs, two paddles for swimming as well as two huge front limbs.
