Avoid drugs
Drugs don't just harm your wallet and your nervous system, they also give your teeth a beating too.
Some drugs like Ecstasy dry out the mouth, which results in the acid not being neutralised. Other drugs make you crave sugary foods. Also people on drugs are rarely in the mood to brush their teeth.
Amphetamines, for example, rapidly decay the teeth. Rubbing cocaine on teeth takes the enamel off and can cause teeth to fall out. Beware of prescription drugs that can dry the mouth out. Doctors recommend sucking Polos but this is disastrous if they're not sugar free.
