Kym Marsh and Jamie Lomas
Kym gave birth to baby Polly Lomas on 23 March, after going into premature labour.
A Coronation Street spokesperson said: "Polly was born on Wednesday evening weighing 4lbs 1oz. Mum and baby are doing well."
The couple tragically lost their first child together, son Archie, in 2009 after he was born 18 weeks early.
