Model Eva gave birth to her second son with long-term partner Gregorio on 27 March.
The 38-year-old's spokesman revealed that the Czech-born former Wonderbra star gave birth to baby Phillip at London's Portland Hospital.
The couple already have a three-year-old son together, George.
