Inspired by: Greece
Feta is essentially the country's national cheese. And combined with a dollop of tatziki (cucumber, garlic and yoghurt dip) to cut through the salt, tomatoes and olive slices – you pretty much have Greece in a butty. And to keep the Greek touch, serve wrapped in pita bread.
Score: 3/5
Though this could be a little salty, the flavours are fairly fresh and is a relatively healthy option. It's not a million miles away from the lunchies who spread their feta salad on a slice of bread. Serve with some sliced meat if you want a little more chew to you sarnie.
