Starring: Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Jack Nicholson as Jack Napier/The Joker.

Before 'Batman Begins' Tim Burton's first attempt at Batman was widely considered the finest live action superhero movie of all. Batman and his demons are brilliantly portrayed by Keaton, however he takes a back seat compared to Nicolson's colourful villain. His outstanding performance as The Joker - that although may be over-shadowed by Heath Ledger - will never be forgotten. It was role he was born to play.
