Starring: Val Kilmer as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Jim Carrey as Dr. Edward Nygma/The Riddler, Tommy Lee Jones as Harvey Dent/Two-Face, Nicole Kidman as Dr. Chase Meridian; Chris O'Donnell as Dick Grayson/Robin.

This film was saved by its two villains. Carrey is the perfect Riddler giving a memorable performance and Tommy Lee Jones' insane take on Two Face is also on top form. Kilmer's Batman however fails to make a particularly good impression. The movie takes a twisted psychedelic approach with some grace; however there are far too many cheesy moments that are a little too cringeworthy. A respectable entry from director Joel Schumacher, but it is far from the greatest Batman outing.
