Sharon's bidding war

'X Factor' judge Sharon Osbourne is reportedly at the centre of a bidding war.

Channel 4 and the BBC are both trying to woo the popular star - who is married to rocker Ozzy Osbourne - from ITV.

It's thought both channels want Osbourne to star in new primetime shows.

A source close to the star is quoted in Britain's The Sun newspaper as saying: "We've been offered some incredible deals.

"She's agreed to film a couple of pilots for a new ITV show including one made by Simon Cowell. She is big mates with Simon as they work together on 'X Factor', and she can probably name her price."

The insider added: "Sharon has also been offered big projects by Channel 4 and the BBC - and they're primetime, which is a big deal.

"But anyone who knows her knows there's only one boss - and that's Sharon."
