Moving? David Beckham’s last game for LA Galaxy will be next week

Speculations that David Beckham and family will leave America followed after an announcement.

Are the Beckhams moving from Los Angeles, California USA? Although the family is believed to be comfortable living in the USA, speculations about their move is swirling around after David Beckham announced that his last game for LA Galaxy will be next week.

 

The father of four and iconic midfielder will help his team in their attempt to win their second consecutive MLS Cup in the league finals. They will go up against Houston Dynamo on December 1st.

Beckham released a statement telling the world about his plans. He said: “I’ve had an incredibly special time playing for the L.A. Galaxy.”

He continued: “However, I wanted to experience one last challenge before the end of my playing career. I don't see this as the end of my relationship with the league, as my ambition is to be part of the ownership structure in the future.”

“In my time here I have seen the popularity of the game grow every year,” Beckham said. “I've been fortunate to win trophies, but more important to me has been the fantastic reception I've had from fans in L.A. and across the States. Soccer's potential has no limits in this wonderful country, and I want to always be part of growing it.”
