Jade's debt shock

'Big Brother' star Jade Goody has reportedly been visited by bailiffs over unpaid council tax.

The reality TV star allegedly ran up arrears of more than £2,000 while she was living in her old house in Essex.

Debt collectors investigating the unpaid tax visited the bubbly star in her swanky new home, which is also in Essex.

The 'Jade's Salon' star - who is thought to have made a staggering £1million since starring in the reality TV show three years ago - was said to be stunned when the men turned up on her doorstep.

The mum-of-two couldn't pay the money back on the spot, so had to watch while the bailiffs evaluated the value of some of her property.

If the bill isn't paid, assets to the same value can be taken.

A source is quoted in Britain's The Sun newspaper as saying: "She got the fright of her life."
