Hatcher stars for Elton

Teri Hatcher is to appear in the video for Elton John's new single.

The 'Desperate Housewives' star has already filmed her part for the promo to 'Turn The Lights Out When You Leave' and says she enjoyed every minute of it.

She said: "It was really surreal, very arty."

Other stars to have appeared in Elton's videos include Justin Timberlake, Robert Downey Jr. and David Beckham.

Meanwhile, the 40-year-old beauty, who plays single mum Susan in the hit show, has confessed she has pole dancing lessons - in a bid to keep in shape.

The sexy actress has undertaken a course at a Los Angeles gym that involves using exercises recommended by professional strippers.

She said: "I don't take my clothes off. It involves stripping moves around a pole - or lap dancing. It's ideal and I've noticed my body's taken on a new shape. It's more about being comfortable with your body than anything else."
