Machine washing does little good for Lycra. Try hand washing bras in lukewarm water so they retain their shape and underwires. Tumbledrying also takes your underwear out of form.

Try using a specific lingerie bag for your favourites and use lingerie detergent and cold water on a gentle rotation to preserve the elastic. You'll get a few more years out them!
