Described as "shockingly crass, sloppy, repetitive and thin" by the National Post, 'The Love Guru' was a far cry from Mike Myers' success in the 'Austin Powers' flicks.
The New York Times review was also unforgiving in its criticism, saying the comedy was "downright antifunny [and] an experience that makes you wonder if you will ever laugh again".
From a nominated seven Razzies, the most nods that year, it won three – Worst Picture, Worst Actor and Worst Screenplay – cementing it as one of the worst films ever made.
