Weekend snacks
You can pick up to six of these so time them well, and remember don't drink more than three units of alcohol per day.
Two biscuits, one pack of low-fat crisps/savoury snacks, one French fancy or a two fingered Kit Kat.
How about a small glass of dry white or red wine, or even champagne (they're all one and a half units each). If you're more inclined to spirits you can have two measures of vodka, gin, rum or whiskey with a calorie free mixer (roughly one unit per measure). Half a pint of lager or cider will have the same effect.
You can also go three handfulls of popcorn, a skinny cappuccino, two squares of chocolate or ten Malteasers. What'll it be?
