Saturday - Breakfast and lunch
Now here's a treat: Try a bagel with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon - 2 eggs and one slice will do. It'll give you just the energy boost you need in the morning, unlike the English breakfast. You won't feel too heavy either. Not yet...
Because for lunch you're off to McDonalds! It isn't as bad as it used to be. Try a grilled chicken Ceasar salad (stay away from the dressings and croutons) with one portion of regular fries and a large diet cola. McDonalds is cheap for what you get but don't spend the day there! If you can't resist fast food, turn it into a meal!
