It was reported in May 2011 that Tudors star Rhys-Meyers checked into rehab for alcohol addiction.

The actor, who has a long history of battling the addiction, spent 10 days in a London treatment centre in April, according to the Daily Mail.

It is believed to be the 33-year-old's fourth attempt at rehab.

The Irish star last sought help for his addiction back in May 2010, just days after allegedly screaming at airport staff after they refused to let him on a plane because he was drunk.
