The Friends star checked himself into a rehabilitation facility in May 2011 to "focus on his sobriety".

In a statement, 41-year-old Perry said:

"IÂ’m making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery."

He has had two previous rehab stays to receive treatment for his addiction to painkillers and alcohol.
