According to the Daily Mirror, Arnold caused a scene at a charity event when he drunkenly jumped into a boxing ring with Chris Eubank and Nigel Benn. The two former world champs were performing an after dinner speech when Arnold wandered into the ring and heckled the pair.

Event promoter Kevin Lueshling told the paper: "It was really obnoxious behaviour, especially as he'd come for free and he was ruining the evening for everyone else who'd paid to hear these guys speaking." A Granada TV spokesman said: "It was all a bit of fun and part of an enjoyable charity evening."
