Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, affectionaetly known as 'Fergie', were married on 23 July 1986 at Westminster Abbey.
The Queen gave them the titles of Duke and Duchess of York and the couple had two daughters, Beatrice and Eugenie.
However, the happiness wasn't long lived, and the pair separated in 1992.
The Queen later described 1992 as her "annus horribilis" as three of her children split from their partners in the year.
