Eastenders' biggest storyline of last Christmas ran into this year as the BBC One soap celebrated its 25th anniversary.

Archie Mitchell was slaughtered on Christmas Day when the baddie was hit over the head with the iconic Queen Vic statue. With so many potential murderers, it was finally revealed in a live episode back in February that it was in fact Stacey Branning who killed him.
