This year's X Factor has been the most controversial, starting with Cheryl Cole's decision not to take Gamu through to the live finals by instead opting for show villain Katie and the timid Cher.

Since the live finals began, more questionable moments occured when Katie was kept in above more 'deserving' contestants like Aiden.
