The CR-Z is being dubbed as the world's first hybrid sportscar, and, better still, it's set to cost under £20,000 when it goes on sale in the summer.

The slight downside is that it isn't all that sporty, with just a modest 1.5-litre engine, but the addition of electric motors helps the CR-Z manage a very wallet-friendly 60mpg. The estimated cost is £18,000.
