The twin turbo V8 of the new McLaren may only displace a relatively small 3.8 litre engine, but after the runaway success of their infamous McLaren F1, we'll assume that they know what they're doing.
All will be revealed at the end of 2010, when it's due to be released as a direct rival to the Ferrari 458 and the Lamborghini Gallard. What's special about this one is the one-piece carbon fibre shell that took five years to develop - expect the new McLaren to glide effortlessly to the supercar podium.
