Kentucky Fried Chicken, is a fast food restaurant founded by Colonel Harland Sanders. KFC uses partially hydrogenated oil in its foods. This oil contains relatively high levels of trans fat, which increases the risk of heart disease. Executive Director Michael Jacobson has even admitted in a statement that the fast food chain "deep-fries almost everything".
