Aired from 1986 to 1990, this brutal game show sees contestants whittled down from around 150 to one or two after facing various challenges. Their aim is to bring down the Count of the Castle (Japanese actor Takeshi 'Beat' Kitano ).

Challenges are usually failed, rather painfully, with a nasty fall or mishap. Contestants have been seen squashed by boulders, falling to the floor on slippery rocks or dropped from great heights into pools of water.
