Founded in 1974 the International Ralian Movement follows the teachings laid down by their patron, the former journalist Claude Vorihon.

Members believe that life on earth was created by a race of aliens known as the Elohims and that their leader has been gifted by the very same interstellar beings. This has granted him the knowledge to lead them into a new age.
