Despite terrible weather at New Zealand's foremost beer festival last year, numbers in attendance topped an impressive 4,000 including revellers from all across the world who drank fine ales and listened to some quality bands performing.

2009's event looks just as promising and no doubt the locals will prove again that they can out drink their Australian neighbours from across the sea.
