Colin Farrell is suing an ex-girlfriend for allegedly trying to sell a steamy sex tape they made.
The Irish actor has accused Playboy playmate Nicole Narain of trying to profit from their 15-minute home video after agreeing it was "solely for their private use and enjoyment."
He claims she teamed up with the owner of an Internet porn company to attempt to sell the x-rated video for a six-figure sum.
Colin is now seeking compensation and a temporary restraining order and injunction to prevent the sale of the tape.
The lawsuit states: "Defendants' outrageous attempt to capitalise on the celebrity of plaintiff Colin Farrell... through their unauthorised commercial exploitation of the highly private and confidential videotape exceeds all bounds of common human decency."
It also claims the release of the private tape, which was made over two years ago, would harm Colin's Hollywood career.
The video is said to show naked Nicole poking out her pierced tongue and winking at the camera, while Colin reportedly says: "I could do this breakfast, lunch and dinner."
The handsome 'Alexander' star is not the first celebrity whose private sex tapes have come to light - both Paris Hilton and Pamela Anderson's raunchy home videos have been sold to the public.
