Paris Hilton is being sued by her fiancé's ex-girlfriend after the hotel heiress "falsely" accused her of assault.
Paris Latsis' former girlfriend, Zeta Graff, has filed a lawsuit for $10million against the sexy blonde socialite for claiming she was attacked by Zeta at a swanky London club.
Zeta was said to have gone "berserk" after spotting Paris wearing a $4million diamond necklace loaned to her by Graff Diamonds - the company run by Zeta's ex husband, Francois Graff.
In court papers filed last Friday (15.07.05) at Los Angeles Superior Court, Zeta branded the reports "baseless" and insisted they are not based on "even a scintilla of truth".
She also alleged that rather than attack Hilton that night, the reality TV star actually verbally abused her, saying: "You're a b*tch. I'm going to destroy you."
Hilton's spokesperson has so far refused to comment on the lawsuit.
