In a move to effectively reach out to every university student and 20-something customer base, Burger King has launched a delivery service across select areas of the country.
This trial run covers only some locations including Hornchurch, Gants Hill, Romford, Hayes, Northampton, Truro, Skegness and Hull.
The service will provide competition against other fast food delivery giants such as Just Eat or Hungry House. Depending on the result of the trial run, the initiative could be rolled out nationwide.
So far, the move has been welcomed by fans. Some even took to Twitter to express their joy.
One said: “BURGER KING NOW DELIVERS! WHAT A MOMENTOUS DAY THIS IS”
However, not everybody is happy about the news particularly those whose postcode are not included in the trial run.
