Halle Berry is licking her wounds after Catwoman was voted the worst film of the summer.

The Newsweek.com poll slammed the superhero flick, which has also been panned by the critics.

Second place in the poll went to Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11.

Catwoman, which also stars Sharon Stone, is currently a disappointing fifth in the UK box office charts.

Other flops, according to Newsweek.com readers, included The Chronicles of Riddick starring Vin Diesel and Van Helsing featuring Hugh Jackman and British actress Kate Beckinsale.

The Chronicles of Riddick is a spin off of the little known Pitch Black and hits UK cinemas next week.
