Former accountant Edward Hunter has become the first person to be fired from series seven of the Apprentice.
Hunter, who was project manager for the boys' Team Logic, failed to impress Lord Sugar after leading his team to defeat in the first task of the series.
Team Logic went up against the girls' Team Venture in a fruit and vegetable sales task.
The boys lost after their freshly-squeezed orange juice and tomato soup only raised a profit of £432.12, compared to the girls' £592.33 from the sale of pasta and fruit salads.
Lord Sugar appeared to be frustrated with Hunter from the start, due to his evasive answers in the boardroom.
At one point, Lord Sugar asked him:
"Ed, you were trained at one of the leading accountancy firms in the country, I believe?"
To which the 25-year-old replied:
"Don't fit the mould."
Edward brought fast food marketing entrepeneur Leon Doyle and managing director Gavin Winstanley back into the boardroom with him for the final show-down, only to be sent home himself.
Following his appearance on the show, Hunter has now left his job as an accountant and is currently unemployed.
The Apprentice continues on Wednesday 11 May at 9pm on BBC One.
