It has been confirmed that the two male suspects of the horrific crime that happened in Woolwich, London, on Wednesday, 22nd May, were ‘known to security services’.
The attack resulted in a man – confirmed to be a soldier – being killed.
The two suspects were arrested following the tragic incident.
Sources told the BBC that the two men suspected of killing the soldier were “known to security services”.
The BBC has reported that one of the suspects is believed to be named as Michael Adebolajo, their sources have said.
On Thursday morning Prime Minister David Cameron headed the emergency meeting Cobra in regards to the situation, having ended his trip abroad early in light of the matter.
