Ann Widdecombe and her dancing partner Anton Du Beke are hoping to become the first Strictly couple to ‘fly’.
The former MP, 63, has been spotted training in a harness for the pairÂ’s rendition of the tango this Saturday night.
Du Beke suggested the aerial move to try something outrageous in an attempt to impress and win over the Strictly Come Dancing judges.
Miss WiddecomeÂ’s early performances on the dance floor have not been well received by the judges, but perhaps this stunt will help change their minds.
The pair were awarded just 12 points for their salsa last week; the lowest score to be given in eight series.
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Friday and Saturday nights on BBC One.
