Residential property in the United Kingdom are rising by  £1,250 per month. Reports show that figures on Tuesday show residential property values having their biggest annual increment since the end of 2010. 

Chief executive of property investment firm Assetz Stuart Law said, "These latest findings fly in the face of reports that the UK property market is headed for a double dip"
