The ITV show has sacked two of their main presenters to help boost ratings.
Kate Thornton and Zoe Tyler have both kicked off the programme in a bid to raise viewers.
Thornton, joined Loose Women in 2009 as a co-anchor and Tyler who has been frequently been on the show for the past four years will not be returning after the programmeÂ’s summer break.
In January, the daytime TV show was drawing in a daily audience of more than two million however ratings slumped to just 700,000 recently.
A source of the show said: “Contracts were signed on Friday and all the panellists who are returning have been spoken to.”
He added: “There will be some changes and it is true that Kate and Zoe will not be coming back in September.”
The presenters which will be returning include actresses Lynda Bellingham, 63, Denise Welch, 63, and Lisa Maxwell, 47; former weathergirl Andrea McLean, 41; and Carol McGiffin, 51.
It is reporter that Coleen Nolan is set to leave the show also.
The programme is aired daily at 12.30pm and has been on television since 1999.
