Shane snubs Sophie

Sophie Anderton was given the cold shoulder by Shane Lynch last night (110706) on 'Love Island'.

The underwear model claimed she felt a "spark" between herself and the former Boyzone singer after the pair were voted into the Love Shack.

She said: "He is a really good-looking guy. I go for the eyes and the smile. "He does have really beautiful eyes. It's more from the inside."

But during a visit to the Beach Hut, Shane said: "At this moment Sophie isn't my type. Someone who reminds me of my sister is not a good thing as far as relationships go. She just reminds me too much of my family."

Elsewhere, kiss-and-tell girl Alicia Douvall was rejected by The Streets singer Leo.

The couple had been sharing a bed, but after Sophie and Shane entered the Love Shack the remaining four men were asked to pick new bed-fellows from the five women.

Leo chose Bianca Gascoigne and Alicia was left the odd one out by the rest of the men.

She sobbed: "No one wants to be the last and I feel like a gooseberry. I feel like a plum."

Alicia was then told that she had to cook dinner for the group.

She eventually served up baked beans and badly carved 'doorstops' of bread garnished with grapes while the other island residents laughed hysterically.
