Saturdays singer Frankie Bridge has confirmed that she will join Strictly Come Dancing 2014.
The songstress made the announcement during her appearance on BBC Breakfast with her fellow bandmates from The Saturdays.
She said: “I’m such a huge fan of Strictly! I’ve always wanted to be a part of the show – it looks like so much fun and the costumes are just gorgeous.”
“Like so many little girls, I used to take dance lessons when I was in primary school and I really love dancing but this is going to be so different from anything I have done with The Saturdays. I just can’t wait to get started!” she continued.
The 25-year-old, who is married to footballer Wayne Bridge, shot to fame at the age of 12 with the young pop group S Club Juniors.
In 2007, she joined a new girl-band, The Saturdays, which boasts four top-ten albums and thirteen top-ten single, including hits such as Ego, Issues, Missing You, and What About Us.
