Take That star Robbie Williams has packed up his LA home and has set up home in Blighty. The singer is now back in Britain after eight long years, seemingly for good. His decision was influenced by his desire to raise his first child in his home country.
“Robbie has always planned for his baby to be born in Britain. It’s really important to him. He moved to America to enjoy the lifestyle, anonymity, and climate but his heart still belongs in the UK,” says a source quoted by the Daily Mail.
Aside from that, sources say that Robbie wants his parents to be around ‘during their granchild’s early months’ and that the singer cannot wait to ‘enjoy a proper family Christmas’.
The singer made thorough arrangements for his wife Ayda Field to be flown to London for a private birth. At 33 weeks pregnant, Ayda was accompanied by an entire medical team during the flight.
The couple has rented a home, which will serve as their temporary abode while they look for permanent accodomodation in the UK. This confirms that Robbie is planning to stay for good, contrary to earlier reports that he merely wanted his daughter to be born in the UK and will promptly return to the US after Ayda gives birth.
