Former Take That singer Robbie Williams has proposed to his girlfriend, Adya Field, live on air.
Robbie fans listening to the Australian 'The Kyle and Jackie O Show' were stunned when he popped the question after discussing romantic gestures.
The pop star, 35, called his girlfriend of two years into the Sydney studio before turning to her saying: "Is there anyone you want to get married to?" before adding, "Will you marry me?"
The 30-year-old accepted the proposal and said: "Yes, I'll marry you. Where's the ring?"
Robbie then slipped a temporary "froggy ring" on her finger before saying: "I love you so much. Do you mind being my betrothed for the end of time?"
Listeners to the 2DayFM show then started to ring to offer their congratulations.
However, there is speculation that the proposal was a stunt. Earlier in the week, the show's hosts revealed on Twitter that Robbie was coming in and had a "surprise up his sleeve" for Ayda.
The BBC reports that Williams' manager has told 'GMTV' presenters that the proposal was just a bit of fun.
The couple met after friends set them up on a blind date three years ago and they now live together in LA.
However, the 'Angels' star apparently didn't like the actress much initially: "She came to the house and I thought, 'I've got to get her out!'" said Robbie during the interview.
