Princess Charlotte has been christened on July 05 at a Sandringham church. The event marked the first public appearance of the Cambridges as a family of four.
As the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge pushed the princess in a pram, Prince George delighted well wishers on foot. Prior to the christening, the royal couple has announced that they had chosen five godparents for the nine-week-old Charlotte, who is fourth in line to the throne.
Aside from the Queen, the other members of the royal family who attended the event include the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall. Catherine’s parents Michael and Carole Middleton and her two siblings, Pippa and James were also in attendance.
Princess Charlotte godparents include Catherine's cousin Adam Middleton, William's cousin Lady Laura Fellowes and Thomas van Straubenzee, a friend of the duke's. Sophie Carter, who is a close friend of Catherine, is also one of the godparents.
Meanwhile, other members of the royal family, including Prince Harry failed to attend the event as he is currently spending three months in Africa.
