Katie Price and Peter Andre may finally face each other in court following a fierce battle that has been ongoing for the past three years.
Katie is seeking damages from her former manager, who is still managing her ex-hubby Pete, alleging that they misused private information about her. The trial will begin on January 25, 2016 and is expected to last around 10 days.
A source said: “There’s going to be some real courtroom drama.
"All parties have had this hanging over their heads for so long, they’re prepared for anything.”
Katie is accusing Claire of leaking private details of her life to the press after he left her management company. However, both Claire and Peter have denied the claims and allege that Katie used her private life for commercial gain.
In April this year, Katie was ordered to pay £200,000 to the court to continue her claim. She also had to pay Peter an undisclosed amount sum in 2011 after he sued her for defamation.
Peter is now engaged to Emily MacDonagh.
